How does the regular 4-weekly plan work?
You set up a Direct Debit mandate once via GoCardless, and we automatically clean and bill every 4 weeks after that — no need to rebook.
Can I cancel my regular plan?
Yes, any time — there is no lock-in contract. Just get in touch and we will cancel your plan and Direct Debit mandate.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payment for one-off cleans, and Direct Debit via GoCardless for the regular 4-weekly plan.
What if I have more than one bin?
No problem — add extra bins when you book and they will be included in the same visit for a small additional charge per bin.
